Here is how we transform your floor from start to finish. Most jobs are done in a single day.

DIAMOND GRINDING
We mechanically grind the entire slab using commercial-grade diamond equipment to open the concrete and create the proper surface profile for bonding.

DUST EXTRACTION
Industrial vacuums remove all debris and fine dust to ensure a clean, contaminant-free surface before any coating is applied.

REPAIR AND RESTORATION
We open, fill, and level cracks and pitted areas. Surface imperfections are repaired to create a smooth, stable foundation.

BASE COAT APPLICATION
We apply either an epoxy base coat or a polyurea base coat depending on your slab conditions. Both are applied at the proper thickness to penetrate and bond directly to the concrete. Moisture vapor barrier primer available for high-risk slabs.

FULL FLAKE BROADCAST
Decorative flake is broadcast to full rejection for complete coverage and long-term durability. Custom blends available to match your style and space.

SCRAPING AND RECOVERY
After curing, the floor is scraped in multiple directions and vacuumed to remove excess flake and create a clean, uniform texture.

POLYASPARTIC TOP COAT
We finish with an industrial-grade, UV-stable polyaspartic top coat applied over an epoxy base OR a polyurea base depending on your slab. Either way, you get chemical resistance, stain resistance, and a slip-resistant finish built to last.
